Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We offer global delivery to most international destinations (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions). Our Durham-based team processes all orders within 1-2 business days.
What are my shipping options?
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: On orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Are there any exceptions to the return policy?
Yes, for hygiene reasons, ear plugs and custom-fitted wetsuits cannot be returned unless faulty. Our ex-rental wetsuits and clearance items (marked “Clear”) are sold as-is after thorough inspection.
How do I initiate a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 1 business day. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund processing after we receive your return.
